Wednesday 28th October, 5-7pm, Spott Village Hall
We are pleased to invite you to the second meeting of the Project Advisory Group, taking place on Wednesday 28th Oct in Spott Village Hall from 5pm-7pm
Over the past 18 months, Sustaining Dunbar and Forth Rivers Trust have been partnering in a project which has the ambitious aim of seeking to kickstart landscape scale restoration of nature across East Lammermuir, with an initial focus on our coastal burns. See our June 2026 project update.
The meeting will include:
- An update on overall progress to date, including on the current, more detailed, engagement and project planning work taking place in the Spott and Dry Burn catchments.
- A facilitated conversation with landowners who have been involved in discussions with the project team and
- Plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions and to input your ideas and experience to help shape the future development of the project and how it contributes to the wider biodiversity aspirations of the East Lammermuir Local Place Plan
The meeting is open to landowners, farmers, land managers, local residents, businesses and other organisations with an interest in the project. Whether you are already involved or simply curious to learn more, we would be very pleased to welcome you.
Please confirm your attendance by emailing philip@sustainingdunbar.org and/or mapping@summit-to-sea.uk
We look forward to seeing you then.

on behalf of the Project Steering Group
